Back when the 360 was first launched, they were advertising that, within a year or two, it'd have full DVR functionality, apps like XM Radio, YouTube, and some others.

Then that marketing quietly disappeared. Now, 6 years later, they're like, "Hey check it out! Apps! And DVR!"

Bout time, Microsoft.

I just hope the "UFC 141 sold out" thing only applies to the "free" streams that were given out earlier today. If it's actually sold out on xbox live come fight time, that's going to suck.

I was hoping this would replace my Roku box for that purpose....but if I have to worry about an online stream "selling out"....it won't be worth the hassle.

And people wonder why FoxConn workers are offing themselves at work, on a pretty much daily basis.

I'd like to see a 15" MBAir. Similar specs as to what's rumored here..just a larger screen size. Backlit keyboard would be nice, but not necessary.

Really, I just want a MBPro without the archaic optical drive that I never use. But the Air would be preferable. :D

Really, what kind of peripherals existed, until a few weeks/months after USB3 was rolled out? Not much. But if Light Peak does debut with the new MBPS, you can bet that everyone'll be coming out with stuff that connects to it. Sure it may take a month or two, but it'll be supported, because no one's going to lose out on the chance to make the extra dollar. Certainly not hard portable hard drive makers, who currently have drives that support USB 2, 3, and Firewire.

The Airport Extreme, as others have said, is really the best out there. I had a DGL4300 for years,and never had an issue. Then it just up and died on me, leaving me without gaming for a 5 day weekend. Fantastic. Mid-way in, I got enough cash to get the Airport, and haven't looked back since. It's amazing. When I plugged it in, the first thing it asked me was if I already had a WPA/2 connection setup. I did. It searched for the connections in the area, found mine, and prompted me for the password. I put it in. 10 seconds later, my Airport was up and running using all of my previously existing settings. I was blown away. I'd never had a router that was so impossibly easy to set up. I tested the connection on my 360/PS3/Wii/iPhone....all ran without a hitch. Speeds are noticeably improved as well. Plus the fact that I have a printer/external hard drive plugged into it....less cables plugged into my laptop at one time. I love it.

Yeah? Well I can get 15 used pontiac grand ams for that price. I win.

I don't know why...but my 360 always chooses the holidays to red ring. Two years ago, it was Christmas day. This year it was Thanksgiving Day. I have to remember to start leaving my 360 off on holidays..
