also meant to add that the warranty had expired with the last console and they still did this for me...and the new console has a 1 year warranty..

i've had three bite the bullet, the last one RROD'ing last month....Microsoft however gave me the choice of their advance exchange program and sent me a new system with a manufacutring date in May of 2009...so im guessing this is a brand new, never-been-used console....it sucks that it happens but Microsoft has always been very helpful and fast for me atleast, so my business is still safe with them...

finally....been wanting to try this out.
