I think I liked this game better the first time, when it was called "Punch Out!".

I know everyone will or has said SOTN to be the best Castlevania; and admittedly its undoubtedly an amazing game, but since playing Castlevania from the very first game on, I find Castlvania SOTN to have changed too much from what the original Castlevania concept is all about for me to be able to identify it with what I know Castlevania to be, I mean lets face it, SOTN plays like Super Metroid with a Castlevania skin and story painted on top of it. Not necessarily a bad thing at all but on the other hand how can it amputate all of the limbs of an already amazing game (super metroid), have said limbs surgically attached in place of its own and then go about limping around acting like it wasn't the latest work of Doctor Frankenstein and declaring aloud that it is original and the product of ingenuity as its stitches started to tear.
This of course isn't a bad thing but it can't exactly be called original either!

So my vote is for Super Castlevania IV for the SNES because it did what every other American sports figure or pro wrestler has done to rise above mediocrity, it hit the juice hard, worked out and became the muscle bound Herculean steroid using freak-show spectacle that was always guaranteed to put on a great performance and even get the competition to ask it where they could score some of that juice!

Rumorong: Steel Battalion Wii collapses like so many downed mechs

You can always tell what kind of journalistic credibility a news website has when and bunk story comes down the line and everyone posts it before checking any facts.
Great job nintendowiifanboy.com, looks like pulling all of your stories from other websites and linking them to yours in really paying off!

Keep up the great work in 09!

Wii Fanboy presents: Game Night [update 2]

Dec 18th 2008 1:17PM (Joystiq Nintendo)
I like this site. I visit it daily for updates in wii news and what-not. For the most part I feel kept up on the current news and issues but sometimes find that this site does too many filler stories as well. Anyway.... Last week I met up for the Thursday Night Wii game playing crusade and was so let down, it was literally one of the lamest things I'd ever seen. I login to the chat room, there's like 11-15 people there and it's like nobody wants to play any games at all they just want to chat, and everyone is also like 14 years of age or younger too (fucking lame-O-).

I don't know how you guys can hype up game night (more like gay-night) every Thursday with a straight face when its a few immature douche-bags that dont even play games. I'll check it out again tonight, but if it sucks again I'm done.

Call of Duty: World Fails at Buying It

Dec 18th 2008 1:05PM (Joystiq Nintendo)
Part of the problem here is that its a Treyarch call of duty game and everyone knows that their cod games are inferior to infinity wards cod's. My guess if the next iteration of cod hits the wii (modern warfare 2) it will easily outsell this version. Also since modern warfare came out, who the hell want to fire these old ass, inaccurate weapons from a war of many decades past? Let the past die and lets move on already!!!
