For all the people who were acting like this was equivalent to a civil rights violation, how dumb do you feel now? Would you settle if it really was "freedom fighting" and all the other self serving garbage that supporters were throwing out there? I wouldn't doubt that the PSN "attacks" pushed him toward settlement, so let's mark those down as also being ineffective at bringing about any desired changes. Great job! I guess there is a thin line between being a folk hero and a fame whore after all huh?

I guess I'm not aware of how jailbreaking the iphone compromises the integrity of the network, maybe it does but I don't see it.

I like the part where all it takes to be a freedom fighter is to jailbreak products. Doesn't seem self-aggrandizing at all right? I guess Sony is calling out the firing squad to kill the jail breakers huh? Get real. Its litigation and not unforseen considering the circumstances. Get a legal fund together before "freedom fighting" next time. It also really get to have freedom without any responsibility I know but the reality is people should consider the consequences of their actions all the time even if they they are doing the right thing. To say "here is what I did" by itself without "here is what its probably going to be used for" is just not being realistic about it. He should have just said "I don't like what Sony did, I'm going to jailbreak their products, and I don't care what its used for when I show others how."

This type of stuff, cheating, lack of integrity/security for games, etc., is the consequences of those actions.

Simultaneous explosions must have happened at my menus also, because I have had it freeze then too. So please fix the menu explosions.

At least BFBC2: Vietnam is out now...

because it rules. As long as the sign doesn't need as many patches and fixes as the game.

I gamefly-ed it and loved it. I really had fun playing Enslaved and liked it more than many of the higher profile releases that came out this year. I don't like dogs and rhinos now though after the torture of those portions.

That must be true of the 360 and it was true for a game like Avatar on my TV, but COD Black Ops auto loads with 3D on for the PS3. It does for me anyway. If I want to turn it off I have to go to options and turn it off and it then restarts the game in 2D. It is a pain in the ass to do the 3D manually on some of the games.

I played some multiplayer with the 3D on and it seem okay too. I'm no great COD multiplayer player, so maybe I just didn't notice much difference and I really liked the added depth.

I have had it too much like that but I kind just had to line it up like it is and fire away. The depth (the appearance of it) is the weird thing and it takes me some time getting used to it.

To be honest, I haven't noticed it myself and I have been playing it in 3D. Based on their analysis, I guess its true but it seems to work and I personally like playing it in 3D. I thought they did a good job.
