What an insightful comment.

For me, the funniest thing about left-wingers is the fact that they think there's nothing funny about their beliefs ... just like the devotees of any other religion.

It's always fascinating to me to see what left-wingers think is 'balanced'. GTA4 has a radio channel completely devoted to a blowhard, obvious Rush Limbaugh mockery; various commercials making fun of stereotypical 'Republican' talking points on other channels; the 'Republican Space Rangers' show ... and that's balanced by ... what exactly? Oh, yeah, they make light fun of hippies.

I mean, it's a game and all, but don't pretend it's equal mocking of 'both sides'. This is Obama-style 'bipartisanship', or as the rest of the world knows it: partisanship.

Um, yeah, because it was so much better for Resident Evil to go the "zombies riding motorcycles and carrying AK-47's" route.

Yes, but Uncharted is overrated mess. Enjoy standing behind the same chest-high walls and shooting the same three goons who mysteriously appear in 'locked and inaccessible ancient ruins', with the same four guns, for a couple hours.

Steam is an f'in rip-off. High game prices and no refunds for any reason whatsoever, even if they sell you a horribly broken game. It amazes me what Valve fanboyism has wrought.

I loooove helicopter sims, but BlackShark really isn't a very good game. As a simulator it's good, but as a game it's very weak.

Makes me wish they'd handed the simulator over to an actual game studio.

The problem with Mercs was that it was an open-world game where your actions left no impact. When I went to an artillery range and destroyed the guns, then by the time I came down the mountain they had 'respawned', I knew I was done.

How surprising that someone who finds value in the words of Noam Chomsky - a man who complains about our horrible society but is crazy rich, hires only white males to work for him, has tenure and a cushy job in a mostly-white college, and lives in an all-white upscale suburb in a big house; who was the chief apologist for the Khmer Rouge who committed genocide against millions of South Vietnamese; and who is as much a left-wing douche magnet as Che Guevara and Obama - thinks the Nazis were complex people deserving of anything but our utter hatred and contempt.

Sure he was bad in SVU, but Mariska Hargitay isn't much better, and nothing beats the stupidity of normal L&O prosecuting Bush administration officials for 'war crimes'. God this series needs to die.
