I just completed this game over the weekend, and I really loved it - glad I didn't encounter this. I don't think most people will run into this issue though - SPOILERS BELOW!

If you're anything like me, the first dragon you thought of visiting when you started the quest was the water dragon, because you had already visited with her multiple times - and I think that will hold true for most people who play the game - at that point, you have not been introduced to the other 2 dragons, so I would guess that most people would go to the dragon they have already spoken too, since they know where the dragon is located.

@Warshade Totally agreed on this point - I really like the acting as it is in the UK version, don't see the need to bring in American voice actors - TV shows/movies for American audiences use British accents all the time to give that "foreign" feel without needing to subtitle, and I think this would work out the same.
