Moviegoers and Their Pavlovian Response to Penis

Mar 8th 2009 1:38PM (Cinematical)
Thankfully my audience didn't laugh. I was more stunned than anything. I don't think I've ever seen a mainstream movie with the penis THAT prevalent. That being said, I never laughed. My friend and I did discuss the penis-to-boob ratio, and I told him its time for the girls to get some visuals for once. I think it's kind of immature to laugh EVERY time the guy's dong was shown.

This game looks beautiful, and I'm excited to play it!

Wii Warm Up: Renting

Jan 23rd 2009 4:00PM (Joystiq Nintendo)
I've never rented, but that's only because I'm too lazy to find a local blockbuster and get a card. However, I have been tempted to on several occasions, as there are some times where I am interested in a game, but I'm not sure if I'll like it or not.

My Phat has seen NY, PA, FL, MD, NJ, and Italy, and my lite has seen just NY and PA. Alas, I don't travel much.

Wii Warm Up: Celebrities

I watch those American DS ads with like America ferara and like Carrie Underwood playing Brain Age, and it does not make me want to play it one bit. Nor anyone else I've known either.

Wii Warm Up: Is Sega right?

Casual games are nice.. if you have hardcore games in between. It's like frosting on a cake. It's nice but if you have too much it just makes you sick to your stomach.

DS Daily: $179.99

Jan 23rd 2009 3:46PM (Joystiq Nintendo)
It sounds like a fair price for what it's giving out--however I don't find the DSi appealing, so I'll pass. And with a recession and that price tag, I think a bunch of other gamers will too. It's not like we all have GBA's, and they're just NOW coming out with somethign like this. If they were, I think we'd all pay for the $180.

Honestly, I'm leaning more towards "I'll pass," but it depends on the game and the controls. I'd honestly have to see a demo before I'd make up my mind.

DS Daily: Your maximum playload

Jan 23rd 2009 3:31PM (Joystiq Nintendo)
I like to stick to one game at a time. I will typically keep an extra game on hand just in case, but I tend to wait it out until I finish the one I'm currently playing (or if it's a game without an ending, like Nintendogs or Animal Crossing, when I get bored of it).
