OK, so I signed up for Rewards R Us online and it gave me a temporary card to print and use, so I guess I'll be going to TRU tomorrow morning. Are there any downsides to being enrolled in this? Membership didn't require a credit card.

No one should be dumb enough to trade games into GameStop anyway. I once took a brand new, sealed copy of Forza 2 into GameStop (after being unable to return it Wal-Mart or Target) that I received as a gift - GameStop offered me $22.00 for it.

Forza 2 had just come out 5-days earlier.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Sony always releasing false sales numbers for their consoles? They always try to tell the public that the number of units they've shipped worldwide is the number of installed base units worldwide.

EA's gonna have to do better than this to compete with some of the indie games already on the app store. This game looks like it would be fun for about as long as it takes a lightning bolt to produce 1.21 gigawatts of electricity.

I don't care if Joystiq takes a couple of jabs at Pachter every time they post a story about him. They only post his stupid guesstimates as a way to pad their website when they have nothing better to report.
