Booth babes eat your heart out
Jul 23rd 2006 7:56AM (Joystiq)Its Sam one of your fellow girl gamers hehe.
Well firstly want to state that i have loved video games since i can remember. I was literally weaned on the master system and fell in love with sonic myself! I then had the pocket gameboy in yellow! and gained a sega gamegear which i loved and i have no idea why it wasn't as successful as the game boy. I even had a adaptor on my game gear to allow me to play my master system games! then i got the playstation as import and had to be stuck with Wipeout for a couple of months before i could get hold of any other games! I loved my playstation i had every gaming accessory you could think of, in fact i still have it all. Then i got a gameboy advanced from america. Of course got my PS2 which i still worship, i had a XBOX 360 for a brief period until my evil ex took it away from me. But making sure i get a new one soon!!! Also have my baby...which is my PSP which i keep getting yelled at for as its permanently attached to me.
I find it funny how its such a hard concept for people to grasp? using attractive girls that have a great passion for playing video games and are good at them and combinging that with modelling? Whats wrong with sexually charged photo shoots? they can be done in all different types of light not just smut but some shoots can be done tasteful and arty. At the end of the day we know that in the media sex sells and gains publicity!
I am currently studying a degree in film and television production at southampton so of course this kind of work will enable me to learn more about the media etc: so why can't i have the joys of both worlds gaming and modelling? please correct me if i am wrong.
I would of thought people would have been glad that girl gamers are being noticed out of the "stereotypes" that have been portrayed in the past. Making it more accessible thus making it "cool" to be a gamer!
These girls are probably the most "unfake" girls i have ever met and they are even more gorgeous and lovely in real life! and guess what they kick ass at playing games!
