Well if 100% of people blocked the ads, guess what then we'd all have to pay subscription fees for websites! Ya know those websites aren't just a hobby they are to make someone money... just saying...

I have about 60 games for PS3 now, only possible because i buy a lot used to save money.

If the game looks impressive I'll pre-order & pay full price brand new! I got all these brand new: Uncharted 1 & 2, Little Big Planet -soon 2, Motor Storm 1 & 2, & soon 3, Resistance, Killzone 2, GTA 4, etc....

Here's my question...right now new games are $59.99, unless AWESOME I wait until used $39.99 or less. What if Game makers sold new games for $39.99??? They might make more money? Because they'd sell more new, & less people would buy used.

...oh wait my bad, who am I kidding I'd just wait until $19.99 then used!

Where has anyone read about using a DualShock3 AND Wand? Is English your second language?

See it said TWO PEOPLE, not one person using TWO controllers! In other words it was showing off that if you like LitteBigPlanet it's your choice. You could play multi-player & if one person has a wand they can play with that, while the other player could use the DS3 both in the same game.

*sigh*

I liked LBP, I still like platformers. And it was fun to how so much power in level creations. I'm not sure why people take the time to read stories about games they don't like & then EVEN comment of them?

Example I've never played Halo & could care less about it & I have NEVER read a story about Halo & then commented about how it sucks LOL - what a waste.

Anyway, if it is a Little Big Planet sequel, they'd really have to give some new twist feature to make it worth it. Perhaps LBP-2 - would have 3-D not with glasses but as in you could walk 'into' the screen like the later Crash Bandicoot games. Or with 3D glasses?

I got a $399 PS3 & put a $65 500gb Hard drive from Ebay into it :)

I figure every year I don't have to pay to play online I'm getting a little more ahead of Xbox360 ppl.

Bottom line I liked the PS1, & PS2, so I did have brand loyalty. Plus I'm a Microsoft hater. But, that aside I felt the Blu-ray tech & cell chip gave Sony the edge.

How much 'bragging' rights do 360 owners have?

I mean did you notice that PS2 almost sold exactly the same amount as 360's did in the last 4 yrs combined?

Sony's Last Gen system sold bout the same as Microsofts "next gen"...LOL

That would be like if the GameCube sold the same as the PS3 over 4 yrs LOL!!!

Make a 4 yr chart that combines PS3 & PS2 sales VS 360 & Xbox sales & see who sold more units...The 3 reasons PS3 isn't ahead of 360 yet is $price, 1 yr late start, & Sony competes against itself with the PS2.

Serious Question for people posting that PS3 is dead:

If Sony / PS3 is really 'dead' why are you posting comments about it online? I mean I don't goto an Atari 2600 website & post "hey guys...the 2600 is Dead!"

Think about it....

- Sidepocket Why is 10yr PR BS? The PS2 is in it's 9th YEAR!? ..."having reached over 140 million units in sales by July 2008".

There is no denying a LOT of PS2 owners are just waiting for a price drop & more games. Just like the transistion from PS1 to PS2 - In Gamestop there's still about DOUBLE the shelf space for PS2 then PS3. As that shifts, & when SONY drops the price more, & MORE PS2 owners will go PS3 - no dout.

Heck I got a Wii (for my kids). I'm in my 30's & prefer the sony controller over the Wii wand. And no doubt LOT's of Wii's are being used for kids/grannies & the parent is just waiting for a PS3 price drop to start playing some real games :)

Two important things of note:

The big "secret" is that in 2008 Sony's PS2 last gen game console actually outsold the Wii, 360, & PS3. Read that again Sony's last gen sold MORE then the Wii did last year! :)

The PS3 was built with a 10yr + life cycle in mind. Eventually all those PS2 owners will upgrade & buy a PS3. I know I used my PS1 for a long time, wanting a PS2 but just waiting for the price drop. Heck, since PS2 dropped to below $200 I have FOUR PS2's in my house!

Bottom line, PS3 in the end will sell more units then 360, because PS3 will be around at least another 10yrs, while Microsoft probably will release the "720" in 2 yrs or so.
