You guys are on the wrong track imo. The filing is vague of course like most are, and it really could just be interactive game software of any kind. The likely product is something for casino gambling, like a slot machine. Slot machines are essentially video games in a way, they use computer graphics, input devices, and are intractable. The proof of thought being that the Trump Marina casino in Atlantic City was recently bought out and is soon going to be transformed into a new casino called Margaritaville, themed after Jimmy Buffet's song itself. So it's likely a brand of slot machines that will be used there that they don't want competing casinos to use, hence the trademark.
I work for the IRT department at Drexel University and it's such a pain whenever someone comes in with Snow Leopard. It's incompatible with like 3 of the programs that our school offers (that some students are required to have for some classes), and has a lot of problems with our advanced campus wireless network (it only works fine on our primitive ones that are slower with lesser security). It also just has a tendency to flat out not work on some things lol. Normally when schools or something advise you not to upgrade to the latest software or something until it is tested and confirmed fine for school, I normally disregard it (installed Vista and 7 as soon as they came out despite what my school said lol) and never had any problems, but in the case of Snow Leopard, it's a no go.
I would go for 3-4 netbooks lol. Why play one intensive game (when you prob have a desktop at home that can handle it) when you could run 4 games simultaneously!? Genesis emulator on one, SNES on another, Maple Story on one, and a wildcard on the 4th.
My solution for the economy? Have more awesome sites like Engadget give away free stuff! Especially cool products like laptops since my laptop's screen is broken, and only useful now connected a monitor :/ Really breaks the purpose of a laptop doesn't it? lol
Really? Sprint. Uhg... I was so excited for this and then they go and announce that. Seriously, what are Verizon subscribers supposed to do? TMobile has the G1, AT&T and the iPhone, Sprint and the pre, Verizon and the..... Storm? The storm is terrible.
