Healthy competition it is not, Universial pulled much of its stuff because iTunes would not allow higher prices on the top songs. Now they are pushing for Amazon because there is no price cap.
I would not be surprised if the NBC shows dropped to 1.89 on amazon in hopes of de-throwning Apple. Once we all fall for the price drop and show we can switch to amazon and buy from there, expect some songs to reach new hights (in price)
If the IRAA reads engadget (and you know they do) the contract with ITMS will make them able to compel Apple to close this "Feature" on the next update.
"my biggest goof was buying Hey You, Pikachu! (N64) for my daughter for a Christmas present. Before Xmas it was $79."
Christmas is a great time to buy games. Rather than buy a super popular game on ebay call all 100 retail stores in your area. All 10 each of the targets toys-r-us best buys walmarts etc. Walmarts outside of town are best, and toys-r-us are often forgoten by the adults. You can often find 2 or 3 copies somewhere. I got Mario DDR last christmas for my little cousin at retail ($49) and 2 more. Also have ebgames and gamecube managers help, they can call around to stores and have it brought to your local store.
Once i had 3 I sold the other two for about 90 bucks each. So after 3 games times $50 bucks ($150) and shipping (about $20) It actually cost me -$10 to get a game that was costing 90 bucks on ebay.
Be forewarned, popular used games have been known to go for $25-35 on the used game shelf when they can be found new for $19.99 on the new shelf in the form of "Best Of".
