Dragon's Crown has not been canceled

I'm still waiting for Grand Knights History. What happened to that one?

@SushiGummy

I agree. People read a *comic* and the only thing they see is a misappropriated word.... in a *comic* - because *comics* are supposed to be funny, and offer some tongue-in-check humor - you know, because it's a *comic*.

@Tiradyn

I'm laughing you took the initiative to compose such a passionate argument for something that has no bearing on the issue at hand. You should go out more, it calms the nerves.

Report: Don't expect next-Xbox announcements this year

@This Little Man Says His Name Is

Maybe it's just me - but isn't media supposed to be concrete, factual and existent content? You know, things that exist? I guess there's not enough of that anymore - it's easier to exist on vaporous emissions apparently - like eating air. It's that nutritious.

Why are all of the media sites so hot on the potential next console generation? There's enough content coming out this year for the current generation that they shouldn't have time for any of this.

I know I don't. :P

@Jackleope

That's true up to a point. Discs can be scratched. Cases can be lost. Manuals can be ruined. Sure, the *content* will not change, but the *condition* does change.

The same could be the same in a car. What you get in the car does not change, but the condition of the stuff in it can change. It's all in how you look at it.

Nintendo enhances expected loss; 15 million 3DS units sold since launch

They also forget to mention that the Tohoku earthquake last year dealt a major blow to the industry - and that it's still trying to recover. Total software sales last year pretty much show that the entire industry fell - and fell hard.

Well have to see if this is just a hiccup, or that Nintendo needs to do something fundamentally different to spur sales.

@Gibbeynator

I am really waiting for that.

Japanese hardware sales, January 9 - 15: Looking back edition

Jan 22nd 2012 11:44PM (Joystiq)
Wow - I forgot about that Tiger Electronics abomination.

I almost bought one of those - but thankfully my conscience kicked me in the head hard enough to erase that part of my short-term memory.

3DS is still rumbling along. Looks like Wii buyers are waiting for the next gen, as sales are pretty anemic.
