Hey Bud, unless you are an uber-strict vegan, you too have "killed" a helpless animals by buying and eating them. In the past EVERYONE had to personally kill for their meals, what's the problem if she is eating the Caribou? Unless you are professing some expertise in the Caribou populations in Alaska and claiming they are endangered what about this scenario makes her "dumb"? Have you ever run a state? While I wouldn't vote for her as a president on a personal level I like Sarah, what's with all the hate for a simple lady living with her family in Alaska?

No matter what your political preference nobody deserves to be torn apart with the label of "spreading ignorance and hate." Not only is the criticism shallow and one-dimensional it is never even explained.

Consider if any politician or figure from the democratic pundit group were slammed with something like "Godless baby killers and degenerates." Would that be okay by any standard, NO. Everyone certainly has the right to agree or disagree with any politician or commentator such as O'Reilly but seriously, having this on a prime-time show is just taking the Law & Order brand from a classy establishment to the gutter.

They should have got Geoff Keighley. The slash gamer guy completely cracked under pressure. I am training to be a psychologist and I can tell you (as can anyone who watched the last season of Penn & Teller's Bullsh!t) there is no study directly linking videogames to violence. In fact violence has dropped steadily as videogames become more popular.

It is not that violent games create violent people but rather violent people seek out violent videogames, there is no proven causation or even strong correlation.

How long will it be before "mainstream media" gets over the videogame boogeyman hysteria?

The irony of a fascist, megalomaniacal dictator banning "violent" videogames should not be lost on any gamer reading this story.

Chavez tried to seize control over the country in a failed coup de tat!! The guy's M.O. is taking away personal freedom, he even wants to be declared president of Venezuela for life!!

This situation is so ridiculous and oxymoronic that I am surprised that a hole has not yet been ripped in the very fabric of the space-time continuum.

It says that yesterday Bill was 593 points ahead of Keith in the Nielson ratings. How can Bill "aledge" something when the facts point out the validity of his claim? He often posts the Nielson ratings on his show.

Facts don't lie and the Nielson ratings are in no way beholden to Fox or Bill. How you want to spin that fact is up to you I guess

You are saying exactly what I was thinking. I don't want Kaiser to have the government undercut them. As a "disabled" person I don't even want to think about the coverage I would get from another provider if I switched now.

I agree with many above that the healthcare system in the U.S. needs an overhaul and that people without health care need it in some form, but I would like to do both of those things without harming the over 80% of America that is perfectly satisfied with their current coverage.

Our healthcare system can at the same time the best in the world and still need serious fixing, the two states are not mutually exclusive.

I have Multiple Sclerosis and am receiving tremendous care from Kaiser Permanente because my wife is a high school teacher. I don't want anyone to mess with that, even if it is indirectly by undercutting all the competition.

Do you think Kaiser would provide such great care for a small fee to public school teachers and their families in a market where they are simply undercut by a low-ball government plan?

The healthcare industry needs serious oversight and reform, not yet another bloated bureaucracy playing cost-benefit analysis games with the nation's disabled, unborn or elderly.

I know they are, I was just saying that either side (left with Daily Kos and Huffington and the right with whatever right wing blogs one could think of) have their own outlets for that type of political editorializing.

If the bloggers comment was applicable to the story in a clear way I would have no problem, it just seemed really out of nowhere for TVsquad.

What is with the Glenn Beck slam at the end?

The story was really good, fascinating and disturbing stuff, but to somehow link that to an American conservative editorial show, why?

Everyone has an equal rights to his or her politics but TVsquad is a television blog not the Huffington post or the daily kos or any other right wing forums you could find.

Seems like a cheap shot that sullies an otherwise very good story.
