Sonic's getting a bad rap here. For god's sake, with the exception of 2006, none of the Sonic games have been absolutely terrible. And this is one of the best games released in a long while.
I just don't understand it.

Oct 6th 2011 7:26AM (Joystiq)Fighting mooks, dodging attacks and hitting them with giant webfists. Crawling around air ducts and webzipping from perch to perch. Gee, I sure as hell felt like Spider-Man.
One other thing. Yes, Hyper-Sense drains your stamina, but it recharges in like...two seconds.

Oct 4th 2011 7:22AM (Joystiq)Personally, I don't think that you absolutely NEED free roam in order to have a good spidey game. As long as you can have good gameplay and tell an awesome story then I don't see much of a problem.
That being said, I do agree that one of the best features of Spidey 2/WoS was webslinging around a huge city just for the hell of it.
