Jun 15th 2010 12:55AM (Engadget)I believe most cell carriers have a grace period of 30 or so days where you can take back your phone and be out of your contract free of charge. I'm not sure AT&T has this, but I know many of them do. It's to give people a chance to try out the network in their area.
