of course they send out the email AFTER they already mandated the TOS update. AND they didnt specifically state what they changed, only stated that there was a change.

Its still very sleazy.

yes but there are fewer and fewer games that will use it. already happening. big 1st party developers are dropping it already like Naughty Dog and the others are really half assing it like Resistance 3, and Socom 4.

this kind of news really irritates me. Its a way for devs to say "remember me" without actually doing anything. I wish gaming blogs were more responsible and just told them, "we will publish something when you actually have something"
