PS3 hack court case delayed, jurisdiction questioned

As a mainly single player gamer I can respect that. But what has happened to mw2 is over the top. Oh well... Mass effect 2 comes out this week anyway.

Can I ask you why? Do you just not care for other gamers? I get what hackers are trying to do but I don't understand why try to ruin things for everyone else.

I just want him to know that he ruined MW2 for me and a lot of people that still played nightly up until the hacking took over. Is that what the hackers were hoping to accomplish? This is going to bring down online gaming.

PS3 hackers make Modern Warfare 2 'unplayable,' Infinity Ward cannot patch a fix

@Art84
Well I still played nightly up until a week ago when the hacking took over completely and I am talking about 100% of the games. Some of the worse I have ever seen. So disappointing as I don't find Black Ops to be nearly as good. What a shame.

160GB PS3 Slim, 320GB Move bundle coming to US and Europe this fall

Is it just me or does it seem like Sony and MS are doing everything they can to keep the pricepoint at 299 or higher? Bigger harddrives, motion add ons, special editions. The PS3 and 360 could both be 199 (or less) for a non stripped down version by now.

@Stormstrike Typical response from a close minded "semi-pro" photographer. Just take a look at the samples yourself and decide which colors you prefer.

Leapster's $70 Explorer learning handheld gets reviewed, loved by a father

@Ksult1 I am just trying to figure out what you mean by sloppy controls. This is an educational handheld and not a platformer. You don't need precise controls to help Kai Lan make dumplings. You are not trying to stop Bowser here.

One additional note I would add are that the games have a surprising amount of value as in there is quite a bit to do. They typically have a mission mode and mini games.

@skyfranks I agree 100%. My daughter is 3 and loves her Explorer. I would have liked to get her a DSI XL but the problem is the game ratings have no indication what the intended age is. It just says E and I doubt there are any DS games she can really play at this age. These games also scale to the entered age so they get more difficult as she grows until I get her that Macbook Pro next year. We did notice one issue however. If you hold down the R button while powering on, the system locks up and you have to remove the batteries to turn it off. This happens regularly just from where she naturally holds it to hit the power button.

Ask Engadget: best FM transmitter out there?

I have an older Kensington model which is awesome. I can't remember what they call the tech that it uses but I think the FCC finally put the hammer down because the newer one don't have and the reviews show. The signal is actually strong enough to overpower local stations and there is an Easter egg to get to a super low unused channel.
