'Exit Through the Gift' definitely deserves the Oscar for it's incredibly intertextual commentary on the state of 21st century art.

You forgot to mention a key failure of Broken English - the ending is directly plagiarized from Before Sunset. A mistake like that is very telling, especially in what was a somewhat lackluster movie. Though Posey's character was fantastically portrayed it in no way makes-up for the overall demerits of the film.

For what it's worth, there is an early press screening for critics in Lebanon taking place this Saturday.

When I saw Watchmen in Lebanon, the government censors cut-out every scene where Doc's dong is showing. Needless to say, it made parts of the film more like a Sunday morning jumble puzzle than a coherent cinematic experience.

Headphones would definitely come in handy during my x-mas flight back home. There's nothing more annoying on a plane than hearing the constant screeching and hollering of the undead (not even newborns could top that audio orifice orgy).

Absolutely amazing movies. I love them both, easily two of the greatest romance movies of all time - and thought-provoking too!
