I don't think this is a bad thing. Nobody really has the formula for making a decent video game film so why not give Ubisoft the chance? If it flops we all move on and they continue making stellar games.

I wonder if anyone's considered trying an Uncharted Film in a similar style to the upcoming TinTin flick. I feel that would easily engage the audience and remove the 'who should play Nate' argument.

Yeah they really could have cleaned up the animation. Just sticking a voice that sounds like Marty McFly onto a computer generated character isn't going to sell it.

It really is a bargain of a price for a game so easy to pick up and play.

I never found the online that bad, you just have to play enough singleplayer to compete. Either that or cheat and buy the fastest cars on Xbox Live.

I'm pretty sure as soon as the NFL gets into its regular season, Madden will start selling. Pre-season hardly ever gets noticed over here in the UK.

As a casual gamer and one that used to play in a CoD clan I was at first very disappointed with this news. My immediate reaction was negative towards this move but there can be some good that comes of this if done correctly.

Oddly enough when playing CoD1 & 2 on PC, I never felt the game was full of hackers and aimbots. Its not something I remember coming across all that often.

Time will tell on this one...

They certainly know how to sell their game. That trailer was pure awesome, gonna have get this one methinks.

I admit its a fantastic game and go as far to say its one of the best Fifa's since '99 but they do need to sort out some online issues.

Apparently their 'GameFace' technology has been down pretty much since a few days after launch and cause a huge flurry of forum activity.

I get both PES and Fifa when it comes to football games nowadays and play them both for different game modes.

Seems interesting, just saw the new trailer for an American Football film based around Jim Brown's time.

Odd promotional tactic though!
