Does this really prove anything, though? I mean, sure more people are playing it, but now a lot less are paying a $15 monthly fee. Even if more people are buying items, is it offsetting the loss of the $15/month from before?

I'm not saying it's NOT more profitable now--just that the numbers given don't necessarily make it crystal clear if it actually is.

I love the fact that GS is trying to prevent competition from sneaking into their games, but DXHR is Steamworks anyway.

-Customer buys game from GS, which they've gutted on OnLive, which, at this moment, isn't that compelling of a service anyway.

- When he gets home, he notices that Steam needs to be installed. Upon loading Steam, notices an awesome daily/mid-week/weekend deal, buys it, and becomes addicted to a better alternative to GS, Steam, anyway.

-Alternatively, isn't interested in the smaller deals, but becomes addicted when he's playing a Steam pops open during the Summer/Holiday deals.

@foxhound No, I did mean the WotL edition. I could've sworn it was already on PSN. I just want a WotL version I can play on my TV.

BTW, I know that you can use a PSP to output it to a TV, but I don't have a PSP anymore.

I could've sworn this was already out on PSN, at least in Canada. I remember seeing it for $20...

I was hoping by the title that this meant they were releasing a version playable on the PS3 :(

@Vidaluko If I'm interpreting this correctly, it'll only happen the first time you go to log in on a new computer, so it shouldn't give you too many problems.

I have 400+ games on Steam--I know, I'm an addict--so I'm glad to see that Valve isn't resting on their laurels, and are in fact going the extra mile to make sure my account is secure.
