I’m getting that Claptrap Revolution. Borderlands seems to be one of the only games this generation with really good dlc at a good price. At a time where companies like Activision and R* want push to see the limit of how much they can ask for with as little work as possible before the fanboys tell them to pisoff, it’s good to see that that there’s a game that offers good value dlc at a decent price. The only other game I can think of for this gen (off the top of my head) is Fallout 3 and I even skipped the Pitt and OA for that one. I really enjoyed all of the Borderlands dlc; even Moxi, which a lot of people seem to not like. I guess the one complaint is that it’s a bunch of things they should’ve included in the core game: storage locker and a place to test new guns on waves of enemies for no xp.

The cuts from Y3 bumped it down from purchase to rental.

It's a great week to be a new ps3 owner.

I'm glad that I'm not the only one who doesn't have anything against in game advertising. It's usually tasteful and it can get them more money. I would actually prefer a well made static ad over a black screen for loading. If the ads are actually relevant to the game: bonus.

However, considering how expensive new games are now-a-days, they should use some of those advertising dollars to lower prices for the consumer.

How cheap would you say?
I don't know the game but it sounds pretty cool. What would you give it on a scale of 1-10; 1 being Gauntlet and 10 being Diablo.
