PSN's classic JRPGs: What holds up?

Nov 12th 2011 1:53AM (Joystiq)
There are a ton of rpgs, especially for ps2 so it wouldn't be plausible to name every "worth playing" rpg. I like how this article is written, all games are easily accessible since on the ps store/wii shop and all for an ok price.

Good article, looking forward to reading the next ones!

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 could have always-on DRM, but it's out of love [update]

I agree with all those saying this will discourage actual sales. I would

NEVER

buy a game that needs to be connected to the internet all the time to play. I'd probably pirate it just so I could play offline, wonder how long till we can all download STALKER 2 OFFLINE CRACK torrent...

How to play Xenoblade Chronicles if you live in America

Sep 8th 2011 11:01PM (Joystiq)
I turned off the system after it cancelled the install and it worked first time after turning it on, I swear I clicked 1 by accident! Thanks to this guide I'm now enjoying Xenoblade which is fantastic by the way. About 14 hours into the game. Hooray for modding consoles! Now I'm looking into modding my ps2 so I can play Xenosaga III uncensored!

Haha! I'm going to go download some music, games and dvds, then buy a mod chip and laugh in all your faces. At least we have rights, not barbaric, and suing people who download music. OMFG, that bitch downloaded music! SUE! SUE!

Peeking at Cooking Mama's potential

I think that cooking on Wii is a silly idea. If it's going to be lifelike with motions and real recipes (and I'm supposed to enjoy it), couldn't I just go and cook something? I would atleast get to eat it...

Oh good, I thought they were saying they were making this into the game. Like we need more crappy games.

DS Fanboy Review: Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam (DS)

What! 6.5! I bought this game two weeks ago, I've played over 100 online games and this game is amazing, and: as the duck said

"...a lack of opponents is in no way a fault of the developer and should not be held against the games score."

I completely agree, I would give this game atleast an 8.5. I haven't done a complete review but I know it would be better than 6.5.
