Whoa! WTFBBQ?!?!?!

seriously - this is not an issue for me, I have one PSN account and have no problem dealing with the content in my region. I also don't share my handhelds with anyone....let alone someone put their greasy fingers all over my Vita.

Nice, this makes me want to start modding some old atari consoles. I like stuff like this. I've only made a portable gamecube to date and have been thinking of doing something else.

Kudos on this.

New Megadeth tracks arrive for Rocksmith

Fair enough, however I always enjoyed playing guitar enough that I did not need anything more than a guitar and a tape or cd or a copy of Guitar magazine.

Also building a fundamental understanding of how to play so that when you hear something, you do not need a crutch is important for the long run.Either you are a guitar player or your casual and not going to play for the long run.

To each his own, my main point was that if you are serious -there are much cheaper ways to do it without having to buy a disk and then additional dlc. get a copy of guitar grimoure - train your fingers and your ears and you'll have a lifetime of enjoyment without needing something to show you note by note. Of course I often forget that not everyone has that ability and needs something that gels for them to help them progress, at any rate - if this gets you playing and you enjoy it - then that's all that's all that matters. knowing music is opening your mind, however you get into it.

I should work on being less jaded, however this is still a predatory kind of game. If it works for you great, but my feeling is ten years from now - this won't be a significant contributor to your skill set as a musician.

Meh, I play guitar and have for 20+ years and while on the surface this seems to be a kind of cool thing for guitarists to learn other stuff - if I can't sort it out by ear (for free) then I can get the chords online (for free)...thus negating the buy-in and requirement to power up additional electronics to play guitar.

this seems to prey on those that did not play guitar, got GH and/or RB and then wanted to play guitar.

My advice is...get a guitar and utilize online resources for free. You are NOT going to start out nailing the kind of riffs Mustaine has laid down over the years by getting this game, there's tons of right hand techniques going on as well as just simple fingering.

The more I think about this, the more shame Ubi should feel.
