for me the main control has to do with the game design and by extension the controls. it's fairly evident that the game uses the re4 engine with some tweaks. but the whole thing feels kinda like let's pump out the new 09 edition for quick profit. the core engine is basically the same. they added more suspense (aka faster zombies) BUT the whole thing is flawed. the zombies slow down to a literal stop when near you to compensate for your lack of character mobility. it is literally broken. the game has taken a more action oriented pace. some people hate it, some love it. so in essence it's not the same re as it was in part 2/3. i liken it to having face buttons (square, triangle, cross, circle) for your X and Y axis. sure it worked when controls didn't have analog sticks but nowadays it just won't cut it. but fanboys insist that we keep it that way because it's always been that way.

so basically this re is one giant turd of a QTE. enemies run at you then suddenly stop/slow down enough for you to input the proper button actions (shooting) and if you fail you take damage and/or die.

i bought the game. i went to the gamestop and the dude was trying to treat me like a chump. saying i could buy it only if i reserved another game. so i walked to the other side of the mall and picked it up at the other game stop. dude even offered me a collectors edition if i wanted it. (my mall has 2 gamestops in it)
wtf are you talking about? the american psn store has a demo and it has an american release date of smarch or something. i played the us demo and i'm pretty sure it has voice chat
