Look at the smallest laptop you can get, you can get a core duo at 2+GHZ, with several gigs ram, and a pretty decent graphics chip with upto 256 MB of memory, all the networking, and a hard drive.
Specs that trump the Wii.
Obviously, they can't fit a 3 GHz multicore processor with a monstrous gpu, but they could easily fit in something more then a Gamecube 1.5x.
