As a user of vampirefreaks, I think the bad press vf is getting is bullshit, I mean, this has happened with plenty of other websites before. There was a guy from Newgrounds.com who went on a killing spree before killing himself. The only reason VF gets such bad attention over such matters is because its got a slightly darker tone to it. All of these people do these things because of stuff that goes on in their lives, not because of stuff on the internet.

I believe that Bizarre have every right to go after Grid Wars, there is no way in hell that Grid wars is original, I played the game months ago (before I had a 360) and it is very very similar (but Geometry Wars is alot better, graphics wise and gameplay wise).

I play a female in all RPG's, I first created my character in City of Villians and have used her in every RPG since. Why do I play as a girl? Because I love to love at her ass as she runs? no. Because I get special treatment from male gamers thinking I actually am a girl? No, but it is nice. Because I am a homosexual who secretly wants to be a girl? Not that I know of.
In reality it may simply just to be differant. But to me, I play a girl because that suits my RPG character.

I usually play a female character and I have certainly noticed male gamers treating me friendlier or even giving me free items or money. Thats certainly not why I play a female though, I didn't know about it beforehand. Nor for me is it about having a purdy girl to look at (not that I don't of course), to me it just feels right as my character. My character is the same throughout all games and is always a girl. I don't have any real reason as to why, it just feels more...me.
And I'm not a homosexual before anyone wonders.
