I am the manager of a cyber-cafe and valve's cafe program is actually cheap as hell. Think about it: buy hours from them in bulk it ends up being about fifty cents an hour. Most LAN centers charge upwards of five dollars an hour. This is over a four dollar mark up, what’s the problem?

I work at gamestop as well. People seem to take every opportunity to take a swing at the company just because it is successful. If we put the games on the shelves people steal them. Anyone who has a problem with this shouldn't be allowed to play games in the first place; they are the idiots who would steal a car after playing Grand Theft Auto or try running for mayor after playing Sim City.

I agree that gamers need to stop acting like things that are intentionally bad are good. There is a difference. If the ONLY thing that is intentionally bad is the dialogue it does not mean it is good. If something is going for a corny style it needs to go all out. Half assing it is what this game is doing.

Why not go all out with the game and take the concepts the game puts forward (true co-op) and embrace it? Have the other player *gasp* help you. Have them point out enemy positions in real time. Let them tell you what they are going to do, and what you should do. You don't have to follow it, but I doubt if someone gets shot in the face the response would be an insult and a kick to the gut. Its the reason games and gamers are seen in such a low light.

I actually enjoy this advertisement, it is better than a lot of the ambiguous ads that companies are making.

They are burning PS3s for heat and using it to power the kiosks.
