I love this game, I picked it up a little over a week ago.
It's and addictive little game, especially once you break into infinity mode.

Quick warning though, I first bought this while I still had my 3G and it crashed 80% of the time in the opening screen. I've since switched to the iPhone4 and it runs beautifully. Not sure if they fixed this yet, but it was a BIG problem.

It can't actually do post-processing, what you get is what you get. They have another app called SwankoLab that is a black room replica with chemicals and everything. With that you can alter any photos new or old.
