@Veteran Gear Rendezvous is my favorite. I like gears 1's campaign much more though.

All Fronts was 400 multiple years after release. The same will probably happen to Gears 3. And Gears comes with 10 maps, already beating out Halo Reach. So saying it isn't complete when the DLC will most likely be more maps, and weapon skins isn't really fair.

You can still pick and choose which DLC to purchase independently of the pass.

Remember, this only covers the first 4 DLC releases for Gears 3. I was tempted, but I'll wait to see what the DLC is before forking over money. I'm not interested in paying for character or weapon skins, and this pass doesn't guarantee all DLC, nor let you choose.

@(Unverified) Multiplayer would be greatly appreciated, either a L4D or cooperative Hord mode, but something. Bonus points for player controlled aliens.

And the trailer is probably phrased like that so people who haven't seen the movie (30 years old at this point) are planted directly in the stream of things.
