They were itching a long time now to drop the ball. At least they delivered with R3, although they messed up R&C. Thank God Resistance isn't staying in their hands. So long Insomniac on your journey to generic multiplatform multiplayer IP's. You 'll make tons of more money, so it's ok with you that you 'll have lost your gaming soul.
There I am excited about the 6 new maps when I see the last phrase and I say to myself "Why did they write Templars?"....oh, bummer, another game down the MP drain DLC-wise...
One question for the gloom'n'doom-ifiers: What next-gen portable device with games in the likes of Mario and MH did 3DS had to compete against during launch? With a competition with a 10-months headstart, a lowered price, all its minor faults ironed out and its super-duper killer games out, I think Vita shouldn't be expected to have a breeze. Also Japanese people aren't Christians or Holidayans.
@tendoboy1984 The problem as I see it in your logic is that not that many people loved Saints Row to begin with. The Third? It seems to me like what GTA kinda should have turned into after the tremendous San Andreas, instead of the mediocre wannabe-serious GTA 4. (disclaimer, no offense intended, don't trust internet tone conveyance)
@BPMOmega XBL PSN Steam If I am correct some 3DS' actually had one of their screens scratched due to the clamshell design, right? No irony intended, just stating the obvious, even a good idea can have a somewhat faulty execution. I would root for the slide design, because I love the looks of my PSP Go, but there is a major problem, as playing a lot of hours with a thin design device tends to strain my hands, a more thick grip on the sides is essential to me.

Dec 20th 2011 3:22AM (Joystiq)Well, you can always still play 8-bit games with no online support. Also, donkeys never needed an oil change.
