What is this? £ or 4 weeks with no update in Europe?
Well no loss... The games were overpriced, the payment system unfair and my PSP hasn't made it into my bag for about as long.
Right now I'm showing as much interest in the PSP as Sony is showing in European customers.

It contains all the characters and tweaked versions of course from the first game and then at least as many new characters and courses. The mini game is completely different. Fine reason to upgrade actually.

You can't take custom ships to online. Or at least other players won't see anything other than the default. And you certainly could not take DLC ships or tracks online if you paid for it.
Also this version may be fixed but the previous release in the EU is buggy. This really is not a 9+ game at all.

You can't include DLC in the review as the DLC will double the cost of the game. In that sense it's not comparable with Pure.
