Thank you for the information u have given, because I am currently working on a flash game website. I can't accept those flash game that trying to use a celebrity likeness to attract hits. I came across some mature flash game that use Britney or Paris Hilton as their main character, I really feel sad for them. Even though they are celebrity but they are still a normal human who have feelings. I hope that there will be a legal code soon that protect celebrities from those harm.
