I quit smoking cold turkey, the only way, over 20 years ago after 20 pack/years. I was 40 then and repair is not 100%. There is nothing, absolutely nothing, to justify smoking or further tolerance of the existance of tobacco companies.

I knew some people named Beach who called their kids Rocky and Sandy, and another pair of loving parents named Ball who called their son Cannon.

As a dual national I no longer regret moving to Canada. If you want to clean up the financial mess you're in, America (and I mean the working people of America, not the parasitic fatcats) let them fix it as they say they can, but from plain concrete jail cells equipped with computers, from which they will not be freed until it is fixed. When it is fixed they are to be allowed to start from the bottom where they belong. I came up with Ponzi St. weeks ago.
