Sorry RTW, but you guys f00ked up bad on this one.
I was stoked to play APB, but I can't justify paying the high price for a subscription & a retail copy and hear ads.

It's as if they're trying to rip off the xbox live model, but they don't have anything good enough to offer to justify the yearly cost to play APB.

I forsee this going down as another 'Star Trek Online' type of failure.
Sure it'll be around for a year or two, but it won't live very long if they don't fix their pricing model.

I mean the rafting game would be fun if you could sit down, like in a real raft. Or driving a race car in Forza... who drives a car standing up?

I'd want it for head-tracking, tracking hand movements for navigating inventory windows/deploying dudes/reloading/etc...

If you want to play this game, go get NFS: Most wanted.
I was in the beta, it's the same game with extra human players driving around the open world city between races.

It's not worth paying for.
