They both seem rather similar to the older Stephen King(Richard Bachman) short story, The Long Walk.

I would place a lot of the blame on David S Goyer's shoulders. His ideas tend to the ludicrous and if not paired with a better writer/producer/director poor plots ensue. And I although think Braga is ok, he too can get carried away on poorly thought out plots. Put both of them together and you get poor writing sprinkled with a few neat ideas that never mature...hence Flash Forward.

Hey its simple, she has to pay to see this movie in both money and her time. If you could get a refund then you guys have a good point in the "judge a book by its cover" argument. But since Hollywood only counts quality based on money in, and you cannot get your money back this is a completely valid position and I support it.

I think as a typical popcorn movie it was great. But as sci-fi it was mediocre and as trek...I found very little Trek in this movie.

I am not going into spoilers but if you actually paid attention to anything outside of the beautiful production values there was little logic, thinking, intelligence or trek to be found. It did feel more star wars than trek.

I don't think JJ Abrams is there yet, he has some excellent ideas but they don't really come together. He knows how to package and has a great eye for casting but a great he is not...at least not yet.

It was ehh...but if we get a whole new set of movies some may actually be great!!

I am the target audience, I don't like cell phones but can use the basics of a smart phone. Although i have only had it a few days I like it a lot. It seems to do everything I need and surprisingly with my big hands the keyboard works well. Personally I would like Wifi and an updated os.

Why not sell both styles, maybe a euro option pacakge. IF there are going to be 1000's of my car on the road, the ability to have it be semi-unique seems like a plus in my book. Seems like an obvious solution, let the buying public decide.

That article pissed me off. If you are professional reviewer its your job to review movies. YOU CANNOT LEAVE. I cannot stop doing a project at work I don't like. Be a freaking professional, suck it up and write up why it sucked.

If its your own time, feel free to leave...I am sure the projectionist is noticing and will tell the studio. I have had good luck and never felt the need to leave a bad movie.

AS a previous WRX owner all I wanted from the new one was an great interior and upgraded driveline. I never have cared about looks as I am on the inside of the car and only see it when its parked. That being said, I see no reason to bother with this one...same driveline and boring interior makes me look elsewhere. Maybe if the STI comes in the five-door.

There is no way they can stop this from working on other PC's, its usb The hacking community will blow through any of their software/hardware checks, put in on a Linux box and rip the stream. They should stop punishing the legitimate users and accept that some people will distribute the signal. If you look around now, people already take the raw HD feeds and upload them. This "solution" is going to solve nothing and just tick a lot of people off and probably cost sales.

Gotta do something about the interior....those gages on the floor have got to go. Other than that, good going lets see how it makes it into final production before we make final judgment.
