I had something similar to this happen to me, and I live in San Jose, CA. I'd enter the address correctly online, but UPS would ship the empty box to a different street without a number in a different area code. Twice over the phone, I talked the customer service rep through the entire correct address, and even then UPS mailed the box to the same incorrect address without a street number. It took over a month for me to get an empty box, and it only was mailed to the correct address after microsoft used FedEx instead. The worst part was that Microsoft customer service refused to look at the tracking number and see that the box was sent to the wrong address when I called them over the phone. They waited until the box was returned to sender before acknowledging it was sent to the wrong address. All I got for 4 days over the phone was a measly 1 month live card. They didn't even overnight the xbox back after it was fixed.
