Mar 27th 2012 1:53PM (Joystiq)I just looked, and it seems they've taken care of this. There are no more reviews on the page. There's still a "rating" at the top, with 24 reviews listed, but I'm guessing they didn't want to just delete the reviews that had already been made.
GOG re-relaunches with new indies and Grimrock pre-orders
Mar 27th 2012 1:41PM (Joystiq)Hell, I reviewed Grimrock based on what I've seen of it, and I agree with this. I had wished there was a way for me to NOT put an actual "rating" on it while expressing my excitement on the game's page. I think the reality is their system was never really designed with pre-orders in mind. I'd like to see them take that into account and do something with it. Though, to be fair, I'll change my rating of the game if it sucks, and I'm sure others who posted on there will as well.

Mar 27th 2012 1:38PM (Joystiq)You can. But for people who have shoddy connections and are trying to download a multi-GB game a download program is incredibly useful since it lets you continue where you had left off. GOG is all about options, really. You can download from the website or using their downloader. You can then take that game installer and burn it to a disc, back it up to an external, put it on a thumbdrive, put it on all 5 computers you own, etc. and basically get your game how you want it, where you want it.

Mar 26th 2012 12:30PM (Joystiq)Oh, don't mistake that as a complaint. I LOVE Arkham Asylum and Arkham City. Just found it amusing that it sounds to me like this new Assassin is going to move very similar to how Batman does in those games.

Mar 26th 2012 12:16PM (Joystiq)Okay, that first comment was made based on the first photo alone... Now that I've read the article... He pounces from enemy to enemy? He has a chain he shoots out, snags people with, and hangs them from trees? He stalks his prey low to the ground?
So... "I'm Batman?"

Mar 21st 2012 8:16PM (Joystiq)That makes me pretty angry, too. I hate politicians that waste time and money on crap like this.
