Metaforic unveils new anti-copying measures for DS games

May 14th 2009 12:56AM (Joystiq)
Sometimes we have to hack the games in order for us to enjoy them in satisfactory. take examples like Rhythm Heaven or Suikoden & such. Good games & all but some of us can't stand the awkward voice acting or half-assed voice actings for a long time. I mean you don't wanna waste $30 for just hearing "yeah, yeah" or "something, something I suppose" from a confused sounding voice actor now do you? What's the point of paying money when you don't even get a fully enjoyable gaming experience when the option of getting the game free with the flaws fixed available.

Sure if the games are flawless to the end Like EBA or the Ouendan series or say GTA:CW & Pokemon Platinum then of course we are gonna buy the game for real. If by any chance of a High authority person (relating tot he nintendo gaming industry) reading these posts now, please tell the main person who's alowing the games to be distributed to stop the shovelwares like the Imagine or Z ending series please.

Shitty games are the main reason why some of us even stopped bothering to go to the game stores.

Sorry for this post for being too long but I would just like to make my point that's all.
Thank you.

Korean game industry should be more like Nintendo, says president

Feb 11th 2009 5:28AM (Joystiq)
Korea already have it good with their online game industry. Trying to go into something like Nintendo industry is a bad idea... unless they do ideas like putting their online games on a handheld console which supports heavily for this kind of games only then.... then it might just last long enough. Or just do something like Ragnarok on DS (which only exist in japan thus killing the potential of becoming popular).
