I don't understand the chart. How I read it the Motorola brand has the same score at the start of the period as the end of the period, so surely that's not a good thing when you've spent so much on advertising?

Doesn't this mean that the advertising accounted for a spike in brand loyalty but ultimately hasn't changed the Motorola's brand loyalty?

It seems for around the home use it's not that much difference in price to just buying a new 360

It has had mixed reviews. I currently own a hero and I have experienced it to be slightly laggy at times. That is before I replaced the standard micro sd card for a class 6 card.

After switching the sd cards the phone is a joy to use. After using the hero I can't imagine going back to my old s60 based Nokia N95. Even the iphones interface is starting to feel a little antiquated compared to the hero. The hero just feels so much more open.

From what I've read from the reviews the only real bad point of the phone is the sluggishness (and the lack of bluetooth file sharing but thats another issue) which can be resolved with changing the micro sd cards. Also what people are forgetting is that this is a new interface so HTC will be updating it with time when their new devices come out with also use the sense ui/touch flo

The HTC Magic is free on £25 per month and I can't see the extra features being worth £360 over the 24 month contract. The HTC Rosie UI will be hacked onto the magic in no time which seems to be the phones biggest selling point.
