If 3.2 mil is nothing, then they can obviously afford whatever it is EA is asking for, especially when you consider the sheer amount of pre-orders they had for ME3

Well, if they claim they can recover from not selling EA titles, why not just sell them? How do they expect to make more money when they won't be stocking KOA, Syndicate, Fifa, ME3 and more?

Exactly, so even if you're going to make a loss now, but reap the rewards in the coming months, why not do it?
If you're the sole retailer in the UK selling the CE, and you've sold out of pre-orders, surely that's only a good sign?

@Roflrex Most other CEO's would say "i can take a slight loss now if it means massive profit next month" GAME have either had massive losses recently or EA want a ridiculous amount of money to stock ME3

This could be the worst decision they've ever made.
So what if EA want the money up front? Pay it! They had exclusivity on the CE, and are now missing out on so many sales - not just ME3.

The last good deal i got at GAME was when i bought NHL 12 for £30. I took it back when i realised i needed the money more than i wanted the game.

Other than that, i've always proved to be more knowledgeable than most staff in my local GAME stores, other than when some of my friends worked there before transferring to Gamestation.

The only reason i go there any more is to see if they have any games i've missed out on, which i can buy online for a hell of a lot less.

I have friends that constantly complain that every Nintendo game is the same, yet they play CoD and Street Fighter all the time.
Do you see the delicious irony? CoD gets a release EVERY YEAR, without fail, Mario/Zelda - not so much. CoD changes pretty much nothing EVERY YEAR, Mario/Zelda at least try something new every now and then (Mario 64, galaxy, yoshi's island, party, kart)

and no, i'm not a nintendo fanboy - i own all 3 consoles, and play my 360 the most

I always hate it when people say Obsidian games are notorious for bugs. I'm not denying that, but it implies Bethesda's games aren't full of them too.

Lovefilm will no doubt still be better than this, as Lovefilm have physical rentals as well a streaming service.

i want it, but i don't £55 want it. I'll leave it a month or two and wait til it's £30 - £35...maybe longer...
