What the eff 2011? What's with all of the amazing games all of a sudden? Don't you know I have games I need to buy in November? Why weren't you like this earlier this year? Spread yourself out a little bit!

The reason why the the law was struck down was not due to the justices' opinion on whether or not the violence in video games should be regulated, but rather due to the fact that the law was extremely vague on what constituted as violence. That law was flawed, and they interpreted it as so. I think they did the right thing. Now California (if they so choose) should go back to the drawing board and make better, more well thought out law. In my humble opinion, however, that would be a waste of time.

On a side note, could everyone please remind every parent out there that there are ESRB ratings on every game, and that as a parent, they would do well to keep track of it if they're worried about their children being exposed to "inappropriate" (whatever that means to them) materials.

Hirai promoted to Chairman of SCEI, House becomes CEO

@Tihn

If there's one man that we can trust to diagnose and solve the problem, it's House.

It also explains why it took over a month to fix the PSN, and why there were several false starts.
