Bacon is the greatest meat in the world. But you can't take a person's word for it, they can lie. But a dog's, they don't.

When we first got my dog, she was 3 days old, so we knew all the foods she had ever eaten in her life - bacon was not one of them until she was 2. On one sunday brunch, we gave her half a slice of bacon because she begged so much for a piece. She loved it, and begged for more. Not just begged, cried for it.

So we gave her another. She cried louder.
So we gave her another. She whined so loud we thought she might have hurt herself, it was so ear piercing.

We finished brunch, and placed the leftover bacon on the counter. For the rest of the day she sat there, at the counter, staring at a plate of bacon she knew was there but couldn't see. And she begged as loud as she could for more, every 5 minutes.

We eventually caved and gave her another couple slices and polished it off ourselves. We gave her the empty plate. We thought it was over - we were wrong.

She sat there until 3 a.m. She whined, barked, and howled for more though there was no more. She knew that, she had the plate, but this didn't stop her. Why?

Because dogs are the true judge of taste. And bacon is just THAT awesome.

From my understanding, it wasn't in fact the Blizz employee's information, but another person by the same name who wasn't affiliated with Blizzard. Or did I read some misinformation?

But that happens anyway. Remember the guy who hunted down a stabbed a person he didn't even know because he beat him in a game?
Or how about the guy who stabbed another in an internet cafe he tracked him down to?

Neither had access to their RL names, but still found the information they needed and used it. It really isn't that hard in a globally connected world.

I love his choice of words. It leaves open the possibility of opt-in specifically for extra features.

It should probably be noted that the Civ V special edition has also been available for pre-order on Steam, and also includes behind the scenes videos, the soundtrack, and a bonus civilization (the Babylonians).

Sorry, but wasn't he whining about how he missed out on the entire Sims franchise just a few months ago?

Seems to me he missed the boat on that one.

I find the lack of Final Fantasy Tactics disturbing. :C
