The folks over at neogaf have confirmed that many of the unlisted games actually do work now when redownloaded and transferred over the the vita.

@Zetro Look at the iphone version. It's terrible.

@Co I have a 4G phone and if I want to get to a 4g coverage area I still need to drive an hour up the highway.
4G is not as prevalent as it should be by far.

Why did you accept an unsealed system?

The only copies we had at our store for pc were preorder copies, and we sure as hell were not going to open those to take out a coupon for a free, but worse running, version of a game they already bought that they likely won't ever use.
Those are preorder copies. You should NEVER get an unsealed preorder game.
