I hate bullet sponge games...it seems to me if you are going for realism...spending a whole mag on someone is not the way to go. The name of the game is cover...which is why the suppression system is there.

other than that I agree EA/DICE released a beta in demo time span. For people caught up in the hype and are trying BF for the first time, they probably got a bad taste in their mouth...or not.

I really didn't, the only thing the beta showed me is to not even bother with the console version

if it's not high def stuff I don't care...if I have time to sit in front of a television...I'm going to spend it playing a great game...thats the reason I cancelled my cable...there is nothing but garbage reality shows on...and CSI..which I catch up on netflix...which costs a fraction of cable

I frowned at this game when I saw early trailers, it looked like a arcadey mess. But after playing the demo, and seeing all of the realistic hud elements,I can't wait for this

I thought the DFM was crap, but after experiencing it, I found that it enhanced a very important aspect to aerial combat...and it just looks friggin cool!

I always found it extremely difficult to follow someone and gun them down at the same time. It always came down to luck, but while it wasn't impossible it wasn't as fun as it is now.
Following has been made easier, but people can zigzag and get away...it's almost like a mini game where speed distance and manueverability all play a part.

I had trouble controlling the helo at first (ace edge), but by the end of the mission I felt like I was piloting a real chopper...I thought I would absolutely hate the chopper sequences

Ace Combat is the closest thing to a Sim we have on consoles, it looks like it's joining the ranks of HAWX

@Bubbameister33 I didn't say I don't like it. I said it's not a 5 star game. A game thats not for me WoW, but I can understand why it's so popular.

They gave a similar would be xbox live arcade game that went retail 5 stars...and it sold 35,000 copies...

umm with all of the 5 stars being given, I wonder what the full fledged triple A titles will get... this nor CoE deserve 5 stars just because they work...

this is ridiculous, they have destroyed all credibility with me...I've played the demo, and in no way was I blown out of my socks... I too was surprised at how well it worked, but the gameplay can be done on the iphone
