With MS and Sony focusing so much on HD gaming they really left the field wide open for all the people who don't want to buy a new TV. Diversity is good. That Nintendo is doing something different and catering to the audience that doesn't want to spend a fortune on gaming as a great thing. We don't need 3 HD consoles, that are nearly identical. Someone needs to break out of the mold and I'm glad it's Nintendo. I hate it when people complain that the Wii wasn't designed exactly like the other consoles. The more choices we have the better. No two people are alike, and there should be a diverse range of product choices to accomodate everyone. That is something that has been missing from gaming for several generations.

At the press conference for SSB they asked for character requests. Also, this is supposed to be the last smash bros sukurai will be working on for a while, so I assume he'll want to implement them.

Super Mario Galaxy isn't confirmed but Miyamoto said that he want's it to be a launch title. If the game isn't ready for release by then they wont, but they are aiming for that date, just no promises.

He's kinda like, "Look at every other console we've released, dipshits!" except he's too polite for that.

I hope this puts an end to the incessant hardcore rantings about how Nintendo is censoring everyone. That was nearly a decade ago when the ESRB ratings system wasn't established. Any censorship now is done by the developer to get a lower rating.

32_footsteps, wouldn't a sub 60 score be an F? I'm assuming they are using a 70 average grading scale. The IGN rating info page seems to indicate they are using a 70 average grading scale.
