I'm a TW customer in Rochester and will be dropping my service as soon as this goes into effect. Unfortunately FIOS and Frontier have a gentlemen's agreement and won't overbuild each other. That leave Frontier as the only good option for broadband and they just announced that they were dropping all plans for imposing caps (at least while TW customers are disgruntled).
