Serves the industry right. Maybe they'll learn something from this and actually STICK TO RELEASE dates. Or at least pick them correctly so they can fill the gap ahead of time.

April was a bad month for releases because of all the last minute pushbacks, I can think of a number just off the top of my head:
Read Dead Redemption, Mafia 2, Crackdown 2, I Am Alive, new Ghost Recon. All slated for around April and pushed back. It gets REALLY old.

I thought the new direction of Spliter Cell was going to be good, but after playing it, it gets boring fast. Less skill, more run and gun. No surprise it sold less than hoped.

To be expected. It's Bioware, they don't make small or mediocre games. They make HUGE games, and very deep. Even though we've seen the gameplay and classes for sometime, I'm sure they are spending a ton of time on story, based on their track record.

Even though this is frustrating for fans, this is a good sign. Especially since it's a joining of Lucasarts, which hasn't had a great product in a while, I almost expected it to be quik release crap, but it looks like Bioware is driving this ship. And with a big money producer like EA to fund the development, it should be worth the wait.

If it's not Battlefront 3 I'm not interested.

"hater!", I know, I know, god forbid I take a step back and look at what's happening. All I'm saying basically: Halo 3 - worth $60, Halo 3: ODST - was not, Halo: Reach - probably won't be either. They should have continued on the story after Halo with a remake of Marathon (bungie's early days) which could have been tied in with the series nicely and added NEW things to the Halo saga. Instead we get a rehash.

Blindly getting excited about a product without any speculation. Microsoft is very wise to take advantage of such zombies, as they milk it, milk it, milk it.

I'm not a hater, I own every halo game there is and loved the series. I'm just not a blind fan boi and don't understand why they wont ADVANCE the story instead of going backwards to make an easy buck. Halo ODST was a rip off, basically H3 DLC and firefight didn't even have matchmaking, no new vehicles or weapons. Bungie hasn't shown any sign that Reach will be different.

I like how when Bungie said they were "done with halo" what they meant was they are done with NEW halo games, but will continue to milk the franchise by making prequel after prequel (halo wars, Halo3 ODST, Halo Reach...)

Great, so after I puke from watching VGA, the most idiotic embarassment of the year in the video game community, I'll get to see the trailer for another installment of a series that concluded over three years ago.

By the way, which whore of an actor, making an ass of himself and doing everything but screaming "I'm hip to modern culture!!!" is hosting it this year?

I don't blame them. There is no need for a demo.

If you buy one game this year buy this one. It'll be game of the year and is predicted to break opening day records.
