The issue with DS is that it wont be able to get you " to watch videos, download pictures, and play their own podcasts" as easily as the PSP. And the chance that students will play games on it will increase.

However a PSP is a stupid choice. Use a laptop, just spring an additional $300 and get a cheap laptop. This place seems rich, so Im sure they can do it. Also lots of students probably own laptop and even if they don't they most likely will, so its not a big deal.

If this is sponsered by Sony, its a smart move. However, I doubt Sony would make a smart move.

Now my only wish my school would offer WiFi and the option to take notes with a laptop. :(

Let's say that BluRay fails in a year. Couldn't Sony implement the player that LG will be releasing at CES. This way it will play HD DVD aswell?
Or they could ditch PS3 as a whole, go back to DVDs and call it PS4. =)

Kingdom Hearts is the only game that I would buy a console for. So whatever console it comes for Im cool with it. But Id prefer it come for Wii due to its WiiMote and the fact that I already own it.

Best Choice for Square Enix would be Wii, right now. Because Wii has been doing great in Japan which is a HUGE part of Kingdom Hearts Fanbase. But the PS3 has a bit of an edge because PS2 owners may have moved to pS3 and graphics ability is great(with HDMI). Xbox360 is a great system, but mostly in North America. It has failed to gain the momentum among Japanese gamers. Wii would also introduce an interesting way for fans to play. Or easiest choice go with Wii for now. Release Upgrade FINAL MIX version for PS3 fans in a years time. And 360 owners can go buy Wii =)for $149.99 when KH3 comes out.

But what makes you think that this project is a game ?!?! It could be a movie, tv show or some other medium. There were hints in the past that the next parrt of Kingdom Hearts would not be a game. Including the fact that Tetsuya Nomura said that a month after the release of KH2. Unless Im mistaken, which I very well could be.

This site is very accurate, its just guesswork (i think). They said 600,000 Wiis sold last week then rolled it back to 300,000 and now it 5--,--- something. Nintendo has already announced that 600,000 is out.
