If I were Amazon, I would develop an in-app system for people to order Kindle Books. I would charge these users an extra 30% to buy a Kindle book from inside the app. If they purchase from the Amazon site, then they get the usual price. If Apple wants to play hardball then so can Amazon. If this happens no one will use the in app purchasing anyways. You have to offer the ability to purchase in app, but don't have to offer the same pricing. I would also make a message come up every time that someone buys a book within the app pointing out that the increased price is a result of Apple wanting to take their cut.

I hope that the people that are defending Apple either work for them or hold shares in the company. If you don't, get a life. People are having real problems with their new phone. They don't need to deal with it and they don't need to change the way they grip their phones. Apple needs to fix the problem and thats it.

I used to work for Apple by the way. You guys are freaking sad. Apologizing for a multi billion dollar company. Worse yet are the people that are having problems with the phone and are keeping it. It serves you right to have a crap phone if you are willing to change the way you hold your phone or buy a case to make up for crappy design decisions by a company like Apple.

So how long u been working for Apple?

This is the worst article ever. I took my iPhone to get service at the Apple Store. Genius tells me the thing is crap and that he would warrant it except for the fact that the humidity sensor has gone off. I never put it in water. I run with it, which is the main reason I bought an iPhone. So that I could run with the phone and listen to music while being able to pick up important phone calls. I also live in Miami, Florida which has summer days that are 90% humidity. Called Apple, customer complaint department was useless. Funny thing is that I used to work for Apple and I can see how with their popularity, its customer service has gone to hell. I quit when we got a new manager that was all about attaching Apple care and crap. I could see that the company started caring more about the bottom line than the customer. Bottom line I will never, ever, purchase another Apple product. This is a clever way to get out of warranties. This totally blows.
